On June 16, ALLDAY released their debut song and video for the track “FAMOUS.”

While some praised the video and thought that any criticism was just “forced hate”…

i thought annie would be the “filler” of the group, but she’s the most interesting member by far. HER VOICE IS SOOO ADDICTING TF https://t.co/SHrBMYoLF9

It seemed like a majority of netizens didn’t enjoy the track and hit back with major criticism. Some thought that while the music video looked cool, the lyrics and production of the song itself were weak, blaming Teddy and his “formula” for creating something generic. Fans even shared how annoyed they were that Youngseo left ILLIT just to join this kind of group.

If Teddy can’t convince me in 50 seconds, I’m not listening his song longer. This is so bland, even a Marvel level VFX can’t fix it. The worst part is that so called “rap” is so cringe as usual. The YG style songwriting goes hard again! I mean, what’s this?😂 https://t.co/648iDLvN0O pic.twitter.com/POJ1gEEAf3

One fan even pointed out the continued cultural appropriation by Tarzzan and accused the video of using AI.

Sooooooo… good song imo… but… CA celebrated and blatently displayed in a MV majorly made with AI… cmon… https://t.co/L7rcjC13bU
