BTS’s RM Wins Favorite K-Pop Artist At 2025 American Music Awards

BTS’s RM has won at the 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs)!

On May 26 local time, the American Music Awards took place. At this year’s awards ceremony, RM took the award for Favorite K-Pop Artist after being nominated alongside BLACKPINK’s Rosé, ATEEZ, BTS’s Jimin, and Stray Kids.

Last year, RM released his second solo album “Right Place, Wrong Person,” which upon release, shot to the top of iTunes charts in numerous countries around the globe. Previously, BTS also made history at the 2022 American Music Awards by winning Favorite Pop Duo or Group for the fourth year in a row.

Currently, RM is serving his mandatory military service, and he will be discharged next month in June along with fellow members V, Jimin, Jungkook, and Suga.
