Over the last few months, what initially began as speculation has evolved into recurring instances, starting with fans claiming to find “evidence” of their relationship through matching accessories and social media posts. The talk died down for a while but reignited after Jungkook appeared on a live stream using a phone case with red devil horns — a design many fans claimed matched one allegedly seen with Winter.

Jungkook has also been hit with hate comments, over these rumors with Winter, along with an amount coming from fans who ship Jungkook with other members of BTS. As Jungkook does not have any posts up on his Instagram, the malicious commenters turned to his Bam’s, his dog, account.

Comments wishing death on Jungkook, his family and other hate along with demands to “leave Winter alone” were seen by fans.
