BTS’s Jungkook And V Invite ARMYs To Run With Them—But With Hilarious “Rules”

In the latest live stream, BTS‘s Jungkook and V shared that the two will be running the Han River together three times a week for cardio. While ARMYs are welcome to join them, there are seven crucial conditions to that invitation!

The first rule was laid out by V when Jungkook worried that it would end up becoming a chase down between the members and ARMYs.

Jungkook: We agreed on doing cardio three times a week… Right?

V: Right. Three times a week.

Jungkook: Right, at the Han River. If we tell you what time, will you all come after us like Pokémon Go…?

V: Oh, but here’s the thing. You can come. You just can’t actually come up to us and acknowledge us.

Jungkook agreed and added his first rule.

Jungkook: Yeah. But you can come and run next to us.

V: Of course, run next to us. Just…

Jungkook: No starting conversations.

V: No conversations at all. We should all just focus on running.

Jungkook: Right.

The two also decided ARMYs can’t interrupt the running to make their presence known.

V: We should run and that’s it. Focus on that.

Jungkook: Yeah… Maybe they can kind of let us know? Like this? [Gestures]

V: So we can know if they’re ARMYs or not? [Mouths ‘I’m an ARMY’]

Jungkook: [Laughs]

V: Nah, let’s not do that. [Laughs] None of this!

Jungkook: Don’t do this while running!

Once the first three foundational rules were set, Jungkook and V did share more details into when the run would take place. After reminding those who want to run with them to wear the appropriate shoes, the two went on to make more rules.

Jungkook: Anyway… As for the time, we’re thinking 8 PM?

V: Yeah, sometime between 8-9 PM.

Jungkook: Isn’t that the best time to run? I don’t know.

V: I think so. It’ll be after sunset. That’s what we’ll do. Be sure to wear the right running shoes. Otherwise, you’ll hurt your ankles. Also, bring water. And… No running faster than us.

Jungkook: Who, the ARMYs?

V: Yeah.

Jungkook: Imagine if ARMYs show up and they’re all faster than us.

V: Seriously. What if they end up going like, ‘That’s all you got?’ So… No running faster than us.

Jungkook: And be disappointed in us?

V: Yeah. No being disappointed in BTS. And no taking pictures of us drooling and dying.

Jungkook: [Laughs]

V: And I might walk in between the running… No assuming that it’s because I’m tired.

Jungkook: Wouldn’t it be because you’re tired?

V: Yes…

Jungkook noted, despite the intense “terms & conditions” for the meetup, ARMYs should run to keep their ankles healthy!
