BTS Fan’s Concert Etiquette Slammed After J-Hope’s Recent Concert

BTS‘s J-Hope is currently touring the world as a part of his Hope On The Stage world tour. While for the most part, it has been a wholesome affair, marking J-Hope’s first solo tour after his military discharge, it has also been somewhat tainted with questionable audience behavior.

On May 17, KST, J-Hope performed the first of his two shows in Macau at Galaxy Arena. The idol delivered high-quality performances to a completely packed venue.

As per his usual set, J-Hope walked up to the audience during “Equal Sign” to pick out one lucky fan who would get to hold his hand. However, he switched it up a little, and instead of choosing someone from the front row, which he has done so far for all other shows, he went to the seated section to interact with the fans there.

Problem arose when a video of this interaction showed two audience members holding onto J-Hope’s hand instead of just one lucky fan. According to some other fans who were in the venue, J-Hope only chose one of them and offered his hand, but the person beside them also grabbed onto it.

The video has since attracted quite heated reactions from fans, who felt that such behavior was inappropriate.

Given that such an incident has already happened before during this very tour, this incident has once again raised questions about fan etiquette during concerts and the necessity of boundaries.
