On the 26th, Dongho posted on his personal social media account, “Why is this even news…” and added in a lengthy statement, “To clear up any misunderstandings, I have never cheated, and the claims about visitation rights, child support, and abuse are all false. I plan to file a criminal lawsuit for spreading false information and defamation.

On the same day, Dongho tagged his ex-wife’s social media account and angrily wrote, “If you’re going to switch your account to private and hide, what nerve did you have to do this? Until now, I tolerated it with a good heart, but I can’t take it anymore.

He continued, “No wonder I understand now why even your mother, who has silently put up with you your whole life as if you were her servant, had you forcibly hospitalized in a psychiatric facility.” He added, “She told me just yesterday that since you ran out of psychiatric medication in Japan, you’re not in your right mind, so I should cut you some slack.

Dongho then stated, “First, show us your psychiatric evaluation report before talking. People need to know how mentally ill you are to understand the situation and avoid misunderstandings.”

He also said, “I don’t know what wrong you’ve done to be on the run, but you should start with a tax investigation on the billions you received in cash from your ex-boyfriend that you hid at home. Also, have your home qualifications reviewed again. I warned you enough, and you’re the one who crossed the line.

Previously, the ex-wife, identified only as A, claimed on her personal SNS on the 25th that Dongho had been involved with multiple women during their marriage, even sending a direct message on social media to a racing girl while she was pregnant, which was discovered. She also alleged Dongho didn’t pay child support after their divorce and behaved poorly regarding visitation rights.

However, Dongho refuted these claims, saying, “Get your act together and live straight. If you want to fight to the end with me, then let’s do that,” and “I’m no longer afraid of these public accusations you keep making as your weakness, or of the journalists spreading them.

Dongho debuted with the group U-KISS in 2008. He was active in singing, variety shows, and acting, but halted his entertainment activities in 2013. In October 2015, he married a non-celebrity woman one year older than him and has a son. However, in 2018, just three years later, he announced their divorce due to personality differences.
