EXO has done it again!
The group’s 8th full-length album, REVERXE, released on January 19, has officially surpassed 1 million cumulative sales as of the morning of the 26th—marking their eighth million-selling album. From their first million-seller, XOXO (Kiss & Hug) in 2013 to now, EXO has steadily built an extraordinary legacy, reinforcing their unmatched status in K-pop.
But the numbers don’t stop there.
REVERXE dominated charts worldwide, hitting No. 1 on the iTunes Top Albums chart across 48 regions. In China, it topped weekly K-pop charts on five platforms under Tencent Music, secured No. 1 on QQ Music’s weekly digital album chart, and earned the platform’s prestigious “Triple Platinum” certification. The album also claimed first place on the weekly World and Album charts of Hanteo Chart and topped the monthly Retail Albums chart on Circle Chart.
The title track Crown further amplified the momentum. Showcasing EXO’s signature “SMP style” performance and powerful musical identity, the song swept five major music shows for a grand slam of wins. Celebratory collaborations added to the excitement, including a large-scale shopping mall wrapping pop-up with The Hyundai Seoul and QQ Music, both of which drew enthusiastic crowds.
Looking ahead, EXO will meet fans in person as they launch their sixth solo concert tour, EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon. The Seoul leg runs from April 10 to 12 at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, promising another unforgettable chapter in the group’s ever-expanding journey.
Eight million sellers in—and EXO’s crown still shines bright.
