Recently, BOYNEXTDOOR’s Jaehyun received much backlash online for his behavior during a popular girl group’s promotions.

Being the host of Mnet’s M Countdown, he held an interview with girl group Hearts2Hearts for their comeback. However, while doing their dance challenge with BOYNEXTDOOR’s Leehan, Jaehyun could be heard yelling the member’s real name, “Kim Donghyun.”

He was immediately criticized as netizens felt he was being disrespectful and rude.

However, it didn’t end there as it sparked even more criticism as fans noticed his behavior when the girl group members were doing individual shots.

With this controversy, a past video clip of BTS and TWICE resurfaced online, garnering over three million views.
