Former EXO member Huang Zitao (also known as Tao) knows all about the photos that were secretly taken of him, and he’s not happy about it.

Tao has publicly criticized a dental clinic after employees allegedly took photos of him during a treatment session and later used those images for promotional purposes without his approval. The dispute began when a staff member posted a picture of the celebrity sitting in a dental chair on WeChat Moments, accompanied by information about the procedures he had undergone.

In the post, the employee expressed gratitude for Tao’s trust in the clinic and disclosed details of his dental history, including that he had previously received 16 veneers before returning for additional inlay work.

Angered by what he viewed as a serious violation of his privacy, Tao addressed the issue on Weibo. He explained that his decision to return to the clinic was motivated by his respect and loyalty to the late Dr. Wu, who had treated him in the past.

Rather than receiving professional care, Tao said he ended up being turned into marketing material without his knowledge. He accused the clinic staff of lacking basic courtesy and urged them to “have some shame when doing business.”
