“KPop Demon Hunters” EJAE Announces The Top Idol She Wants To Collaborate With

Singer-songwriter and producer EJAE (Lee Jae), best known for crafting the viral Netflix animation KPop Demon Hunters OST “Golden,” and for voicing Rumi, recently sat down for an interview on JTBC’s Newsroom where she revealed the K-Pop star at the top of her collaboration wishlist.

When asked which artist she’d most love to produce or with, EJAE didn’t hesitate before naming BTS’s Jungkook. The answer instantly caught fans’ attention, given Jungkook’s own success with “Seven,” “Standing Next to You,” and the ongoing popularity of his Golden album — a fitting coincidence considering EJAE’s own song shares the same name.

EJAE praised Jungkook’s artistry with heartfelt admiration.

“He sings so well. I want to write a good melody for him. It would be an honor to collaborate with him. Being a good singer is important, but lyrical delivery is the most important when you sing and he’s good at it too. The way he’s able to pull off melodies and emote with his voice.”

A Jungkook and EJAE collab would definitely bring back chart-topping results!
