The song, which was released in August, was criticized for allegedly plagiarizing French independent artist Yseult.
Looking at side-by-side comparisons, it was undeniable that huge similarities existed between the two videos.

Most recently, the director of the music video, Hong Minho, released a statement online regarding the allegations. He revealed that he was inspired by Yseult’s work and directing style.
However, the video continues to receive criticism online as many felt that the music video needed to be scrapped immediately.
