South Korean boy group NEWBEAT will return to the music scene on October 10, 2025, with their third full-length album, Eclipse.

The announcement was made by their agency, Starline Entertainment, confirming the group's plans for a six-track collection that explores both upbeat dance numbers and more introspective ballads.

Eclipse marks nearly a year since NEWBEAT's previous release, the mini-album Nightfall, which earned positive reviews for its blend of pop-rock and electronic elements. The agency stated that pre-orders for the new album will open on September 20, with a special limited-edition package that includes a photobook, collectible cards, and behind-the-scenes DVD footage of the album's recording sessions.

The lead single, "Afterglow," is described as a synth-driven track with a catchy chorus and a dynamic bridge showcasing the group's vocal range. Starline Entertainment revealed that the music video for the song was shot in multiple locations around Seoul last month, featuring urban nightscapes and neon-lit choreography. A teaser for the track and video is scheduled to premiere on the group's official social media channels on September 25.

To promote Eclipse, NEWBEAT will hold a live countdown event on October 9 via their official YouTube channel, where they plan to perform the lead single live for the first time and answer questions from fans. The agency also confirmed that the group will appear on several music shows, including Music Bank, Inkigayo, and M Countdown, beginning the week of the album's release.

In addition to music show performances, NEWBEAT is slated to go on a world tour starting in November. The tour will kick off in Seoul before heading to Tokyo, Bangkok, and Los Angeles, with additional dates to be announced. This tour follows the success of their Nightfall showcase series, which sold out venues across Asia earlier this year.

Industry observers note that NEWBEAT has steadily built a global audience since their debut in 2023. Their distinctive blend of genres and energetic live performances has won attention across streaming platforms and social media. With Eclipse, the group aims to solidify its position in the competitive K-pop market and reach new listeners around the world.

The new album will be available on all major streaming services and in physical formats, including CD and vinyl. Fans who pre-order the album through official channels will be eligible for exclusive merchandise bundles and a chance to join a virtual fan signing event scheduled for mid-October.
