BOYNEXTDOOR is rewriting the rules with their 4th mini album No Genre, set to drop on May 13 at 6 PM KST.

The group revealed the tracklist on their official SNS at 10 PM on April 21, radiating a bold and stylish vibe with eye-catching yellow, purple, and lime visuals.

Living up to the album’s title, No Genre features seven tracks that embrace musical freedom, headlined by the title song “I Feel Good”. The lineup also includes new tracks “123-78,” “Step By Step,” “Are You Kidding?”, “Next Mistake,” the previously released digital single “Only Today I LOVE YOU,” and an English version of the title track.

Members Myungjaehyun, Taesan, and especially Woonhak—who took part in the production of all songs—are once again credited, spotlighting their evolving artistry and hands-on creativity.

The album represents the group’s desire to make music on their own terms, beyond the limits of traditional genres. While “genre” usually defines artistic categories, No Genre flips that idea on its head, emphasizing self-expression and limitless exploration. The lead track “I Feel Good” is a vibrant anthem packed with BOYNEXTDOOR’s confident energy, produced by KOZ’s top-tier talents including Zico, Pop Time, and Kako.

Each song tells a different story:

  • “123-78” turns the act of counting into a metaphor for lingering feelings after a breakup.

  • “Step By Step” captures the aimless longing to pause fleeting seasons.

  • “Are You Kidding?” delivers a playful take on jealousy when seeing an ex with someone else.

  • “Next Mistake” explores the bittersweet moment when once-intense love starts to feel like a misstep.

  • “Only Today I LOVE YOU” lays out the emotional aftermath of love ending.

Leading up to the comeback, BOYNEXTDOOR will roll out concept photos and films across three versions—No Matter, No Route, and No Limit—beginning April 22, building hype for a return that promises to be bold, personal, and refreshingly genre-defying.
