SBS wrapped up the first half of 2026 with a star-studded midyear celebration! On August 9, the 2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer took place at KINTEX in Goyang. For decades, SBS Gayo Daejeon has traditionally been held as a year-end music festival that usually takes place around Christmas. However, starting in 2024, SBS expanded the event into a biannual festival by launching a summer edition of Gayo Daejeon for the first time. The artists who performed at this year’s SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer included ALLDAY PROJECT, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, AND2BLE, ATEEZ, AxMxP, Baby DONT Cry, BABYMONSTER, BIBI, BOL4, DAY6’s Wonpil, EVAN (Heeseung), Hearts2Hearts, IDID, izna, KickFlip, KISS OF LIFE, MEOVV, NCT’s Taeyong and Ten, NCT WISH, NEXZ, Picheolin (SEVENTEEN’s Dino), Red Velvet, RIIZE, Stray Kids, xikers, Yena, and ZEROBASEONE.
