iNKODE introduces its latest boy group, VAYONN, marking their highly anticipated debut with the release of their first EP, Youth Today, available now on all major streaming platforms via Sony Music Entertainment Korea. Marking the official introduction of a new global act, the debut signals the arrival of a group positioned to connect with audiences worldwide through a blend of performance and storytelling. The five-track project captures the vibrant essence and defining moments of youth through bright pop melodies, heartfelt narratives, and dynamic performances.

VAYONN is a new six-member boy group consisting of SEN, MASATO, AYANG, JINYU, TERU, and MANO. Produced by legendary K-pop idol and founder of iNKODE Entertainment, Kim Jae-Joong, the group brings together members who first earned recognition through major global audition and survival programs including Starlight Boys and Boys Planet. Alongside other members celebrated for their strong vocals and distinctive personalities, the collective is united by the ambition to amplify the spirit of youth through their voices and create a new narrative of their own, VAYONN is poised to make a powerful debut.

VAYONN offers a distinctive perspective on youth. Their music not only evokes nostalgia but also reflects the realities of youth across different lives while reaching toward the ideals that inspire it. Through these stories, the group seeks to remind listeners that every day of life is part of youth, and that each moment holds its own unique significance. Beginning with the question, “How is your youth today?” a reflection of the familiar phrase, “How’s the weather today?” VAYONN’s debut EP, Youth Today, portrays the diverse experiences of youth through the lens of weather, capturing the unique seasons and emotions that shape each individual’s journey.

No matter our language, appearance, or personal tastes, we all share in youth. Yet the “weather” of youth can feel different for everyone. Just as the weather where you are reading this may not be the same as the weather we are experiencing as we write it, each person experiences youth in their own unique way. Each track represents a different “weather” of youth, those we have already lived through, are currently experiencing, and will one day encounter. Leading the project is the title track “MUAH!,” a refreshing high-teen dance-pop anthem led by bright synths, lively drums, an irresistibly catchy melody, and its signature motif. Accompanying the release is an energetic music video that showcases VAYONN’s youthful charm, dynamic performance skills, and colorful visual identity, offering audiences a first look into the group’s vibrant world.

The five-track project unfolds through a series of emotional seasons with “Super Lucky Song” comparing the excitement of new beginnings and youthful anticipation to a day blessed with good fortune through its disco-driven rhythm, funky bass line, and dazzling synths. “Got It” evokes the refreshing clarity of a blue sky that emerges after racing through a summer shower, portraying the confidence of youth as it pushes past uncertainty. Pre-release single, “Watta Day,” captures the radiant journey of youth as they embrace their true selves and fearlessly pursue the path they choose, while closing track “Where My Youth Lives” feels like a heartfelt conversation shared beneath a gentle summer rain. Adding to its authenticity, the members participated in writing the lyrics, infusing the track with their own heartfelt sentiments.

As they embark on their journey, VAYONN hopes to become a comforting presence for fans like a patch of shade on a hot summer day or a ray of sunlight in the depths of winter as a group whose very name brings warmth and joy to mind.
