Male K-Pop Idol Is Unrecognizable In Latest Update

A male K-Pop idol has revealed a recent photo where he looks unrecognizable compared to his past appearance, drawing attention from netizens.

On the 8th, a photo accompanied by the brief message, “Good night. Everyone, rest well,” was uploaded on social media by Park Yoochun.

In the photo, Park Yoochun is seen sitting on a sofa, relaxing with his pet dog. Notably, his face appears much thinner than before, with deeply sunken cheeks standing out. Dark stubble is visible around his chin and lips, and his arms look gaunt.

Compared to his active years as a singer and actor with TVXQ and JYJ, his current appearance has changed completely—so much so that it’s hard to recognize him at a glance.

Previously, in 2019, Park Yoochun was at the center of controversy after being charged with methamphetamine use.

When drug allegations first surfaced, he held an emergency press conference, tearfully pleading his innocence and vowing to retire from the entertainment industry if found guilty.

However, the police investigation confirmed the drug use, and he was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a 2-year suspended sentence. As a result, he was effectively expelled from the South Korean entertainment scene.
