Legendary K-Pop Idol Confesses About His Mental Heath

Super Junior’s Heechul recently posted a long message on his Instagram, expressing his honest thoughts about the group’s recent comeback activities.

He prefaced by stating that he did not drink alcohol and that he was writing this post on his way to his next schedule.

“I’m particularly excited about this comeback. Although there is many content that I don’t know anything about, I feel like I am Mowgli from the Jungle Book, and Eunhyuk and Leeteuk are holding my hand and teaching me.

For the past few years, my mind and heart have been a bit wack, but I’ve been healing while practicing and being with the members, and it feels like I’ve entered a new world because it’s been so long.

It’s been a while since my emotions have fluctuated, so I’m going crazy during promotions (in a good way). Although my dancing may not be the best, it is such a huge blessing to be dancing behind the members and looking at their butts, as it’s a view that only I can see. The biggest dopamine rush for me is Super Junior and ELF.”

Meanwhile, Super Junior recently returned with a new album to celebrate their 20th debut anniversary.
