As a part of my mission to continue documenting the impressive implosion of ONE HUNDRED, their subsidiaries, and executives, there’s been big news on that front as they continue to lose where it matters despite trying to tell the media everything is made up. —— About four months ago, Lee Mujin requested contract termination from BPM Entertainment, alongside VIVIZ and THE BOYZ from the same agency. About a month ago, he won an injunction case against his contract with the company, same as the others did. “The court ruled that the contract will remain suspended until a final verdict is reached in the main lawsuit. As a result, Lee Mujin is now free to pursue independent entertainment activities while the main legal proceedings are underway. … Furthermore, the court prohibited BPM Entertainment from negotiating or signing contracts on Lee Mujin’s behalf with third parties, demanding entertainment activities against his will, or requesting third parties to restrict his activities.“ A notable wrinkle to the case that I hadn’t seen prior was that Lee Mujin is claiming he had not received payment from the company for almost a year and that he’s owed ~$1.4 million by the company.
