Recently, an update regarding RIIZE’s concert in Hong Kong as part of their 2025 RIIZE CONCERT TOUR [RIIZING LOUD] was made online.
The notice informed fans that despite the weather conditions, they would continue to hold the concert and reschedule based on circumstances.
However, fans expressed their frustration regarding the sudden update.
- “Is the government allowing this?? Is anyone going to complain to the government?? You guys still want to hold the concert even though the Hurricane Signal No. 10 is in force. You guys aren’t human; you’ve gone crazy wanting to make money. Starting the show at 5pm – do you think all of the fans are in Hong Kong? How will those in Macau, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen go?”
- “Yesterday, you said it’d be delayed until 9pm but it changed again to 5pm?? I suggest delaying it to 9pm, and allow refunds for fans who can’t go.””What’s up with this? How will fans from Macau go, even if you’re able to hold the concert?”
- “They’re not leaving tomorrow, so can’t you postpone it to tomorrow? The typhoon will leave tonight. I know you guys don’t want to do refunds, and we want to see the boys, but no one wants to put their life at risk.”
- “This is what you call safety precautions? You’re taking it too far just to make money. It’s Signal No. 10, not 10 drops of rain. Confirm the arrangements ASAP and stop dragging this out. This wait is painful.”
- “Can some department from the Hong Kong Government manage this? Are the fans’ lives not worth anything?”
The Hong Kong government even issued a bulletin regarding the precautionary measures to take regarding the Signal No. 10. It was also reported that most public transportation was closed/shut down.

Meanwhile, stay tuned for more updates regarding the show.
