Known for her fit physique, Somi recently showed off her upper body gym session in a new video. If you want to get a figure like hers, follow along with her workout below!

1. Warm Up
Somi starts on the Stairmaster for about 5 minutes to get her heart rate up and ready to work out.
2. Shoulder External Rotation Stretch
Next, she uses a band to warm up her upper body, specifically targeting her shoulders.
3. Straight Arm Cable Pull Downs
Now, it’s time to begin the workout! She starts with a back exercise that works the lats.
4. Incline Push-Ups
Next, Somi moves into incline push-ups to work the chest. If this is too easy, you can do regular push-ups.
5. Rear Delt Fly
Somi then moves into a rear delt exercise. If you don’t have access to a machine, you can also perform the exercise with dumbbells.
6. Shoulder Press
Somi uses a Bala ring and holds it up at a 90 degree angle, targeting the front of the shoulder. Then, she does pulses to burn out the muscle. The Bala ring can easily be replaced with a dumbbell.
7. Dumbbell Lat Raise
The final shoulder exercise is a dumbbell lat raise. Remember to keep your arms slightly forward like Somi’s to engage the proper muscles.
8. Sit-Ups
She finishes off the whole workout with some core. To upgrade the sit-up like Somi does, squeeze a ball between your thighs and place a half round foam roller under your back to achieve a greater range of motion.
