Girl Group Member Takes Aim At Idols With Poor Attitude

A K-Pop girl group member openly criticized some idols.

On September 24th, the YouTube channel 12F uploaded a video titled “Honey, I’ll let you know tomorrow about our date depending on how I feel.”

In the video, OH MY GIRL‘s Mimi revealed that the last time she dated was when she was 17 years old. She explained that the reason she hasn’t dated since is, “I started working, and I dislike the ‘will-they-won’t-they’ phase. It’s cringeworthy, and I dislike the emotional exhaustion from the back-and-forth feelings between me and the other person.”

Mimi also said, “When I go to broadcasting stations, there are many idols. Occasionally, there are people who are half-hearted. When passing by and greeting me, they nod their heads with a ‘hello.’ Whether they’re interested or not, just seeing that attitude makes me angry.”

She continued, “When someone greets me, I respond cheerfully, but those who just nod half-heartedly—I find that attitude really unpleasant.“
