Recently, he confessed to fans that he was diagnosed with a benign tumor in his head and will be undergoing surgery in August.

On July 23, Taiwanese media outlet ET Today held a live broadcast with Yan An to communicate with fans. During the broadcast, he revealed that he would have difficulty filming the drama.

He explained that he had known about the tumor in his head for quite some time. He confessed that he should have had surgery a long time ago, but couldn’t find the right time to have surgery because of filming and other activities.

Currently, his health has worsened.

He announced that he will shave his head and undergo surgery in August. As it will take a few weeks to recover after surgery, he also left a message for worried fans.
