The trainer encouraged her, saying, “You can do it. You absolutely can do it.” It appears that the weight Soyou attempted was 112.5kg (247.5 lbs). Previously, on August 26, Soyou revealed on KBS Joy’s Ggiri Ggiri that she has recently been dedicated to working out. She said, “I got really into exercising. Lifting weights is so much fun. My body felt really good.
