K-pop group CRAVITY (Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, Seongmin) is officially kicking off promotions for their second full-length album, boldly titled Dare to Crave.
On June 4, Starship Entertainment unveiled the concept film for the album through CRAVITY’s official social media channels, teasing its highly anticipated release on June 23. Alongside the reveal, fans were introduced to the group’s brand-new logo, capturing attention with sleek and symbolic animation.
A Gritty and Symbolic Transformation Begins
The concept film opens with the phrase “Of Things That Come Too Easily,” setting a reflective and edgy tone. It transitions into powerful visuals: fallen grapes, polluted nature, and junkyards — all metaphorically discarded. Member Seongmin watches these scenes through a TV, leading into a surreal sequence where each member voraciously consumes grapes, symbolizing intense desire and unfiltered craving.
Set to dramatic music and fast-paced editing, the film builds tension until the phrase “Crave Gravity” appears, expanding like a grape and morphing into the word “CRAVITY.” The visual cleverly underscores the merging of “Crave” and “Gravity” — the very root of the group’s name — now redefined with deeper symbolism.
New Logo, New Identity
In a follow-up video, the logo motion graphic brings grapes to life — literally. Grapes undergo cell division, sprouting eyes, ears, and other human features, eventually transforming into the letter “C” and then the new CRAVITY logo, styled like twisting vines. This imaginative sequence adds layers of meaning to the group’s evolving identity.
Together, the two films mark a radical departure from CRAVITY’s previous aesthetic, hinting at a bold, conceptual reinvention. The recurring imagery of grapes teases a central theme for this comeback, while the evolution from the cosmic-inspired logo to one rooted in nature suggests a symbolic rebirth.

A Milestone Comeback for CRAVITY
Since their 2020 debut, CRAVITY has built a solid reputation for pairing refreshing vocals and polished choreography with imaginative storytelling — earning nicknames like “Vocalvity” and “Performavity.” In 2023, they made waves by winning Mnet’s ‘Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE’, and followed it up with the single album Find the Orbit, portraying youth in pursuit of their dreams.
Now, with Dare to Crave marking their first full album in over three years and their first comeback in seven months, expectations are sky-high. This release also coincides with the group’s 5th anniversary, raising anticipation for how they’ll expand their signature coming-of-age narrative in a more mature, multifaceted way.
What’s Next?
CRAVITY will continue to build momentum with a series of teaser content drops, leading up to the album’s digital release on June 23 at 6 PM KST across major streaming platforms. Fans are eager to see just how far CRAVITY is willing to go as they dare to crave — and redefine themselves once again.
