Annie Moon was already a hot topic after she was rumored to be a member of MEOVV, before seemingly being dropped for the debut lineup. In particular, her chaebol status was well-known as the granddaughter of the Samsung chairman.

She was rumored to be part of the new co-ed lineup, but it was officially announced.

Unsurprisingly, Annie’s past sparked attention, and many seemed in awe of the fact that the group had someone like her debuting.

However, while many praised the “Queen” status of Annie, others hit back at the praise the member is getting just for being from a rich family. In particular, while members like Bailey, Youngseo, and Woochan are already known to fans because of their talent, many believe that the “hype” for Annie is because of her status and wealth.
