BTS recently sat down with GQ for their first group interview in years. The in-depth article, titled “BTS Begins Again,” is full of interesting tidbits, including RM‘s thoughts about the GRAMMYs, but that isn’t the only reason why it’s attracting attention.

On X (formerly Twitter), some fans are pointing out similarities between the article’s writing style and BTS fanfiction that can be found on sites like AO3 and Wattpad.

Some even joked that the article’s author, Raymond Ang, might be a fanfiction writer in his spare time.

The GQ writer was so excited they didn’t think before they outed themselves as a fanfiction author under a pseudonym
