BTS’s Jin Purchases Another Luxury Apartment In All Cash

It has been confirmed that BTS’s Jin has purchased a luxury home in Yongsan-gu, entirely in cash.

According to reports on June 5, Jin purchased a unit in the Hannam The Hill for ₩17.5 billion KRW (about $12.8 million USD) without a loan.

Hannam The Hill is well-known as Korea’s most expensive luxury apartment. It is a 32-building complex with 600 units, with floors from B1 to 12. It was built on the former site of Dankook University and is home to many famous political figures and celebrities.

Jin, who purchased an apartment under his name, is not his first time buying a unit at this complex.

In 2019, he purchased a unit for around ₩4.40 billion KRW (about $3.23 million USD), and in November of the same year, he bought another unit for around ₩4.20 billion KRW (about $3.08 million USD).
