Jennie's debut solo EP, "Fallen Angel," is officially out, and fans have already named it their favorite new release of the week in a Billboard poll.
The three-track digital EP, released Aug. 28 through Jennie's own label, Odd Atelier, in partnership with Columbia Records, is led by the title track "Fallen Angel" alongside "Heaven" and "Less Than a Lover," the latter of which had already been released as a standalone single in July. The project marks Jennie's first solo EP since her full-length solo debut, "Ruby," last year.
A physical CD edition of "Fallen Angel," available for preorder through Jennie's webstore, expands the project to six songs, adding three tracks exclusive to the physical release: "Sweettooth," "Lockitdown" and "Face." Those CD orders are expected to ship in October.
The release capped weeks of buildup, including a tracklist reveal in mid-August and a teaser for the "Fallen Angel" music video. In Billboard's ongoing fan-voted "Best New Music" poll, "Fallen Angel" was chosen as the week's top pick.
