Recently, a video clip of BLACKPINK’s Jennie going through airport security has garnered much criticism online.

In the clip, she is fully covered, wearing a beanie, hoodie, sunglasses, and a mask.

When it comes time to check her passport, she is seen only partially pulling down her mask.

She then quickly puts her sunglasses back on and walks out.

This drew much criticism online, as many felt she should show her whole face during ID checks.

They say this is Jennie, but they are letting her through even though she didn’t show her whole face. Is this right? Aren’t you supposed to show your whole face?

However, others called out the OP stating that this wasn’t immigration but passing through the gate to board the plane.
