Finally, the day Malaysian ATINYs have been waiting for has arrived, the triumphant return of ATEEZ to Malaysia! As part of their 2026 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR FANTASY], the eight-member powerhouse proved why they are the global standard for performance. Despite falling on the second day of the Eid (Hari Raya) celebrations, the turnout was nothing short of spectacular, proving that the bond between ATEEZ and their fans transcends everything.

The Sea of Red, Black, and Tradition

From the early hours of the morning, fans flocked to the brand-new Unifi Arena. The fashion on display was a true testament to the Malaysian spirit; the crowd was a striking mix of the group’s signature Red and Black aesthetic and fans proudly sporting traditional Malaysian wear in honour of the festive season.

An Explosive Opening

The clock struck 6 PM, and the stadium erupted as ATEEZ kicked off the night with a run of high-octane hits, BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS), Fireworks (I’m The One), Blind and Man on Fire

During the opening introduction, led by the group’s charismatic Captain Hongjoong, the members expressed their sincere excitement to be back in Malaysia. They shared how much they had missed the energy of local ATINYs and promised to make it a night to remember.

Legendary Solo Stages

The middle section of the concert allowed each member to shine through individual performances that left the audience breathless:

Seonghwa’s “Skin”: Perhaps the most talked-about moment of the night. During his performance of “Skin,” Seonghwa took the concept to a literal level, “shedding skin” in a snake-like, theatrical display. Fans described it as “halal style” yet incredibly intense, nearly causing a mass fainting spell from the sheer heat of the performance!

San’s “Creep”: Known for his unparalleled stage presence, San delivered a hauntingly beautiful performance of “Creep.” His blend of emotive vocals and sharp dance moves left the entire stadium blessed.

DJ Hongjoong: The Captain showcased his multi-talented nature by turning the stage into a club with a live DJ set that kept the energy at a fever pitch.

Mingi’s “Dog” Energy: Mingi brought his signature “rough” charm to the stage. From the start, he encouraged fans to “bark” along with him, and Malaysian ATINYs did not disappoint! During his set, he sprinted down the extended stage, turning the entire arena into a pack of energetic “dogs” (in the best way possible) as they matched his wild intensity.

In between these solos, the group kept the momentum going with fan favourites like Turbulence and Lemon Drop.

A Surprise Connection and a Malay Farewell

During the final “ment” (talking session), the members expressed their deep gratitude and a strong desire to return. Hongjoong even dropped a surprise for the crowd, revealing that he had actually visited Malaysia once before for a family vacation!

Just when fans thought the night had concluded, ATEEZ returned for a final surprise. Speaking to the crowd in fluent Malay, they delivered a high-energy encore of The Real, ending the night on a perfect, culturally-connected note.
