3rd Gen Girl Group Idol Announces Premarital Pregnancy

A female idol from a 3rd generation K-Pop group has shared news of her premarital pregnancy.

On the 14th, Nahyun, an original member of girl group SONAMOO, shared on her social media, “While preparing for our wedding, a precious gift came to us first,” announcing her pregnancy.

Along with this, she caught attention by sharing photos of baby items including an ultrasound image, a pregnancy test, a maternity badge, and a baby’s traditional jacket.

Nahyun expressed, “We spent the time cautiously, and now that I’m in the stable period, I’m sharing the news like this. Although the order has changed a bit, it feels like a more special beginning for us.”

She added, “We will prepare for the wedding a bit slowly, and it will probably take place about a year from now. We would appreciate your warm blessings.”

Nahyun debuted in 2015 as a member of SONAMOO. She left the group in 2019 and continued her career in acting. Amid this, her sudden news of pregnancy before marriage and upcoming wedding has surprised many.
